Flaming Grill Cocked Hat Investment: The Brief
Greene King challenged us with an exciting task, to work on collateral for a Flaming Grill site undergoing investment.
Our goal was to create a cohesive suite of print and digital assets to communicate both the closure and reopening of the site, to generate excitement with the loyal customer base of the pub. We were also asked to develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy, managing the site’s social channels throughout the investment period.
The Process
Collaborative Creativity
We worked closely with multiple teams to ensure the Flaming Grill brand guidelines were both respected and reimagined. The result was a fresh take on familiar visuals, bringing new life to the brand and generating excitement for the pub reopening.
Print & Digital Assets
For this three-phase investment project, we designed a full range of POS materials that effectively communicated the new-look pub. From flyers to attention-grabbing digital banners, each piece played a part in generating anticipation.
Strategic Social Media Management
Our social media strategy didn’t just create content; it created results. By crafting posts designed to engage and excite, we significantly boosted the site’s online presence. Throughout the investment period, we managed the social media channels, ensuring that every interaction added value to the audience’s experience.
The Outcome
- Growth in Followers. We attracted 116 new followers to the Facebook page—a 729% increase on the previous period.
- Rise in Impressions. The page achieved 152,202 impressions, a 91.4% increase from the previous period. This figure represents the number of times content was displayed on a user’s screen, including posts, reels, feed stories, and more.
- Expanded Reach. Our content reached 107,757 users, marking a 136% increase from the previous period.
- High Engagement Rates. Our posts received 616 comments, a 3,300% increase, and 900 reactions, up 1,200%—demonstrating exceptional audience engagement.
- Successful Video Content. Our progress Reels were viewed 11,701 times, showcasing the strong connection we established with the audience through compelling video content.
